Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and have a minimum of 5 years of experience. The Site Manager will be responsible for supervising and coordinating civil, mechanical, electrical, and other project teams on-site. Additionally, they will coordinate with inspection teams and develop systems for the smooth execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate civil, mechanical, electrical, and other project teams on-site to ensure project objectives are met within budget and schedule.
- Develop and implement systems and procedures to ensure the smooth execution of projects, including coordinating with inspection teams and resolving any on-site issues.
- Monitor project progress and performance, and report regularly to project management teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at the site.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain positive relationships and resolve any issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and construction practices.
