Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Proposals to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in preparing proposals for complex EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects. The candidate should have the ability to coordinate and understand the terms, conditions, and technical aspects of the overall project. Leadership skills, attention to detail, and a broader vision to integrate the project are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation and submission of proposals for complex EPC projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, project objectives, and company capabilities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to develop comprehensive and competitive proposals.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and technical documents to accurately assess project scope and requirements.
- Analyze project risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to mitigate risks and enhance project success.
- Provide leadership and guidance to proposal teams, fostering collaboration and innovation in proposal development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in preparing proposals for complex EPC projects.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Leadership skills with an eye for detail and a broader vision to integrate the project.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
