Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Manager of Procurement and Sub-Contracts to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience in international procurement, logistics, import/export documentation, and managing various vendors and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of procurement and sub-contracts management, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract administration.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services, while maintaining quality and compliance with regulations.
- Manage relationships with international suppliers, ensuring adherence to contractual agreements and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate logistics and import/export documentation to facilitate smooth transportation of materials and equipment.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify procurement requirements and support project execution within budget and schedule constraints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international procurement, logistics, import/export documentation, and vendor/subcontractor management.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent understanding of procurement regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
