Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Engineering to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a minimum of 20 years of experience in managing engineering for turn-key oil and gas facilities. They should possess expertise in managing multidisciplinary engineering projects and integrating various engineering disciplines, including civil, mechanical, electrical, and process disciplines. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong understanding of the basic design and FEED (Front End Engineering Design) of natural oil and gas facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of engineering activities for turn-key oil and gas facilities.
- Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors to develop engineering solutions that meet project requirements and regulatory standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with project management teams to identify and mitigate engineering risks, ensuring project success from conception to completion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in managing engineering for turn-key oil and gas facilities.
- Hands-on experience in integrating different engineering disciplines, including civil, mechanical, electrical, and process.
- Strong understanding of basic design and FEED of natural oil and gas facilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
