Receptionist cum Secretary

Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Receptionist cum Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the same position. Proficiency in the English language is mandatory, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Provide administrative support to the office staff, including handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure proper functioning of office equipment.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the office.


  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Receptionist cum Secretary.
  • Proficiency in the English language is mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
